Rajawigama is a remote village attached to Karuwalagaswewa division of the Puttalam district. Majority of the villagers are farmers and they live with many hardships. Water scarcity has posed a significant challenge for the villagers; people heavily rely on seasonal monsoon rains. Elephant-human conflict is also a grave problem for farmers. |
